Personalised Nylon Dog Collar with Free Engraving

Quality

If I could give this company more stars, I would!
I ordered 2 engraved collars for my dogs, I was waiting a while and then received an email to ask me for a review, so I replied to let them know I hadn't received my order. A lovely lady called Gemma contacted me to say she would chase up my order, she then decided to refund my order as I had been waiting a long time, so would now receive my collars free of charge, which I felt was more than fair, it then transpired that the collars had been lost somewhere along the way so Gemma then re-ordered the collars for me, again free of charge, which i have now received.
I was blown away by the customer care of this company, its very rare in this day and age, especially when there is no face to face so basically could get away with just ignoring you!
The collars are great quality with clear engraving, just what i wanted for my playful pups who always lose their dod tags!
Thanks once again Gemma!

Very stylish, smart.x
